1. Eligibility
- Renters must be at least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license from your home country is required
- You must be capable of safely operating the vehicle
2. Rental Agreement
By completing a booking, you agree to rent the specified cart for the agreed period. The renter is responsible for the cart during the rental period.
3. Payment
- Payment is made in cash, USD or BZD accepted
- No advance deposit is required at time of booking
- Prices are as listed: 4-seater $35 USD/day or $175 USD/week; 6-seater $50 USD/day or $350 USD/week
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations and booking changes are accepted. Please contact us as early as possible.
- Since no deposit is charged upfront, there is no financial penalty for cancelling in advance
- We appreciate prompt notice so we can accommodate other customers
5. Damage & Liability
- The renter is liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse
- Normal wear and tear is covered by us
- Do not submerge the cart in water or drive in flooded areas
- Off-road use beyond normal island roads is at renter's risk
6. Breakdowns
In the event of a mechanical failure not caused by the renter, we will repair or replace the cart at no charge. Call us at +501 629-5888 for immediate assistance.
7. Traffic Laws
All renters must obey local traffic laws and regulations in Belize. Golf carts must remain on designated roads. Speed limits and road rules apply.
